Brief Overview: Fruitful Individuals = Productive Employees = Performing Organisations Fruitful individuals rely on intrinsic motivation, which is inspired by different pillars of strengths that they uphold. They do not rely on external motivation or exchange but rely on bigger definitive concepts. The more fruitful the individual, the more their performance will be. In this keynote, we explore the interconnectedness between Performance and Personal Fruitfulness

Brief Overview: When employees’ wellbeing thrives so is the organisations, but when employees’ wellbeing suffers so does the organisation. In this keynote I explore ways in which organisations can shift their organisations from treatment paradigm to wellness paradigm through focusing on bringing the integrated holistic being to work, building wellness and sustainability in people processes, and developing an I-GAME for the organisation.

Brief Overview: People are founded in their culture, so are brands. If the first product is our people brand, then we would expect that our people culture births this brand. Is our people culture able to cultivate our people brand? In this keynote, I share the 8 principles to cultivate a brand that is culture specific, and the two mandatory competences leaders should have.

Brief Overview: Customer or brand promise are defined by the culture of the organization, because culture stems from the DNA. In this keynote we share tactics and pillars to keep customer promise and I also share 30 red flags that define an unhealthy culture where results are unpredictable.
